Hi Gurus,
I am doing customization using CRM designer.
1) In this process I added few more fields to the already existing screen in accounts application. I saved them and I opened the application in portal again. I can see the added fields in it. But when I am testing the applications, it is not working in accordance with the added fields. And one more thing i checked the blueprint tables if they are updated properly with newly added fields using CRM designer. I didnt see any new changes in the field group tables.
Any guesses why it is not working properly?
2) I tried the second way too, in my search structure I can see check box field customer and it is active. So i added the same field in fieldgroup derived from the structure and saved it. Still I was not able to see in PCUI screen. My view in portals didnt change. Am I missing something?
Please suggest me.
