I need assistance on value sets: how they are created, what they are, advantages, basically anything would suffice.
If you are able to post a web link, please do so. I've found it very difficult to get any detailed information.

It means that there is no value sets.
You may create one (a blank sheet icon).

This comes to my next question. When I go into the reporting Agent tab and then I click on the Vaue set tab, I cannot see anything. Is there something I need to click on the characteristic before its is shown here?
