As far as I understand you are looking for guides to build your planning application :

http://help.sap.com/ Then search for "BPS" ( business planning and simulation).It helps you understand the basics of planning in BW and you can create your planning applications using it.

I am looking for building of my own planning application other than given by SAP as standard planning applications like cost planning, budget planning, P&L planning etc..
