I am logged into the cmc as administrator and attempting to create a publication. When I navigate to the folder and click - new - publication. I am prompted to name the newly created publication.. but the save button is "grayed-out". I am logged in as admin with full control of the folder.. am I missing something
running XIr3.1 fp1.8 on windows
