Create non dialog users in IAS/IAG?

Hello everybody,

can I create user IDs with usertype system or service for ECC-target systems in IAS/IAG? As far as i can see IAS creates only users with type dialog.

IAG Direct or bridge only creates Dialog users.

Hello,

What do you mean under dialog user? In IAS there are normal users and system users (technical users), see this SAP Help page:

• Add User as Administrator
• Add System as Administrator

Hello Istvan,

thank you for your answer. I think my question has be be specified.

I create a new User-ID in IAG and I add some roles to it in IAG. The provisioning job creates a new User-id in the target system (S/4 on-prem) and the user type is set to "A Dialog". Is there a way to set it to anything alse or do I have to change it manually in the taget system?
