Create customers user in solman

Please we want to create a user for a customer in solman, with which he can connect to Solman support and create tickets

Can you please tell us how to do it?

I assume you are talking about VAR (PCOE) delivered support to customers from a SAP partner perspective here, is that correct?

If so:

How far in the process are you? Did you configure a SAP Solution Manager VAR system already?

The creation of user-id's is done by one of the multiple background jobs that run on SAP Solution Manager as part of VAR configuration.
