Create a Ticket from a Survey.

Hi experts,

I am working on  the Survey Section, I need to Create Automatically a Ticket (Service Request).

Basically there is a Standard funcionality that create a Sales Order for a Specific Question.

There is a way to include the Creation for a Ticket?

Can i show the QC for the ServiceRequest (Ticket)? I am trying to include the view but even in the extensibility Explorer i dont have the options for that.

If not is possible, there is another way?

Hi Pablo,

I guess this is not possible.
You need to raise this as requirement.

What do you mean about to raise a Requirement?

Another solution that i am thinking is to create from ABSL a Ticket when the survey is saved.

Hi Pablo,

I meant raise as requirement to the SAP application team to add the option.

You could create in ABSL, ofcourse you won't have any dropdown option in that case.
