We have had a divide-by-zero exception in 11.0.1.2606 leading to crash of dbsrv11. Does anyone know if such a problem is already addressed in the current EBF?
There has been at least one issue fixed since 11.0.1.2606 that would result in a divide-by-zero crash - example:
QTS ISSUE 674917 - fixed in 11.0.1.2631 and 12.0.1.3388 and 12.0.0.2706
Under rare conditions, the server could crash when processing parallel queries. This has been fixed.
The crash can be worked around by disabling intra-query parallelism (setting option MAX_QUERY_TASKS=1).
It is hard to tell whether this fix or any of the others will resolve the divide by zero crash that you have seen.
