Hello SAP Gurús.

I have in one server installed SOLMAN 7.0 (ABAP + JAVA) and TREX 7.0 REV 43. As part of Postinstallations steps of TREX I want to connect TREX with SOLMAN 7.0 to use search and classification in Service Desk Implementation.

There is no firewalls or restrictions between SOLMAN 7.0 and TREX 7.0 are installed in the same server.

When I am creating the RFC Destination using TREX ADMINISTRATION tool I am getting the following error in developer trace:

Dear Radhakrishna .

Sap Note 766516 was applied already in BASIS 7.0 LEVEL 15 and there is no any authorization error during the RFC connection / Destination.

The cause of this problem is not authorization issue.

SAP NetWeaver 2004s Standalone Engine Search and Classification (TREX) Single Host

Document version: 1.5 u2013 March 13, 2008

Configuring TREX for the System Landscape Directory (SLD) --> ok.

Checking and Changing UNIX Kernel Parameters --ok.

Creating a SAP System User for the TREX Admin Tool (Stand-Alone) --ok.

Configuring the RFC Connection in the TREX Admin Tool --> FAILING.
