CPI Message Processing Stuck

Does anyone have a hint on how to delete message stuck in the CPI Message monitoring?

Hi Alice,

Have you checked that note: 2399949 - Message stuck in PROCESSING status in SAP Cloud Platform Integration message monitoring?

According to that note you can't do it manually. That message will be removed after 30 days by a job running in the background (Monitoring Data Cleanup).

Hi Yes i have. But it is withholding the other iFlows from deploying, so i have created an incident to SAP..

Hello Alice,

Raise a ticket to LOD-HCI-PI-OPS cancel the message processing and restart the tenant(restart hardly takes 5min) .
