I am not sure if this is really a problem. This should depend upon your browser setting. Do you have any problem in actual cache refresh?

Hi,
I too agree with Prateek. It is not an issue. we need to provide credentials for manual cache refresh (delta/full) and it should be PIDIRUSER. if CPACache refresh is giving any error then please provide the error details.
Check this blog for more details regarding CPA Cache refresh.

When first time it prompts save it in browser cookie. This is usual behaviour.

there is no problem here to be resolved
if you are using firefox or chrome or even IE when prompted for save the password save it and the browser would ideally not ask you to enter it again and again.
