Cost Center retraction

Hello Experts,

I have to make the retraction of CCA from BPS to R3 and for that i have followed the indications that Praveen Mayalur has put in his blog.

I have populated UPBR_RETRACT table, created the sender structure UPB_SND_COPS and created the transfer rules.

After that i created the Exit function to retract the data, but I must be doing something wrong because the retraction doesn't works.

When I execute the parameters group the system starts doing something but keeps working indefinitely and doesn't give me any errors.

I putted 0costcenter in fields to be changed.

My data is planned on year basis and the Fiscper is always empty.

Do you know why is this happening. Should I place anything more in my parameterization?

As you should have noticed, I’m new to retraction process.

Hello,

I have something new now.

I was able to execute the parameter group with sucess, but now it tells me that 1 data records were read, 0 changed and 0 generated.

I really have only 1 data to be read, but it was supposed to generate that record on CO tables.

I really don't know what is happening.

Help is needed.

Hi,

"1 data records were read, 0 changed and 0 generated." means that 1 record was selected based on the criteria of your parameter group but none of the records were changed or created as per the criteria of your planning function.

Change the conditions for "To be changed" in the parameter group appropriately to change/create the required records.

Hi Anurag,

Apparently my main problem is solved,

I didn't know but i had to include 0FISCYEAR in the fields to be changed, because i can only retract data with the month filled.

In the beginning i was only retracting the data on year basis without the month not filled.

But now i can't write in CO because i don't have authorizations.

Do you know if there are any special authorizations for this?

Hi,

Right now i'm already able to write the values in CO tables, but i have found another problem.

The data is being duplicated um CO tables.

When I plan 50 in BPS, in the CO tables appear 100.

The table that is being witten is table COSP, but in the manuals is said the the table COEJ should also be written.

Do you know any possible cause for this two points?
