Cost Center Replication from S/4 Hana Public Cloud to SuccessFactors via MDI

Hi Experts,

We are implementing Cost Center Replication from S4 Public Cloud to SuccessFactors via Master Data Integration (MDI), we have Completed the configuration in S/4 Hana Public Cloud including Creating Communication Arrangements, Communication System, Communication User and Destination for S/4 HANA in SAP BTP Cockpit which works fine.

However, When Creating a Distribution Model via Manage Distribution Model for Cost Center, why does the Consumer Activation Status show as Inactive when MDI is selected.

Additionally when I Click on "Replicate" and initiate an Initial Replication in above Distribution Model, SAP S/4 HANA triggers to send data to MDI, and it shows as successful in Monitoring with below Note.

Objects have been sent to MDI (run id 5). Awaiting Response.

To verify if the data is reached to MDI, I have Checked Log/Events API Via Postman for Cost Center, there are no Logs available yet.

Can you assist in identifying any possible issues or errors we might have overlooked ?

Thank you for your question, @anildeep7.

I'm going on limb and suggest, you read "inactive" as "passive". The S/4HANA Cloud system provides and "triggers" the master data replication, the "consumer" is the "passive receiver", therefore "inactive". 

Perhaps other MDI experts might want to chime in and confirm or dismiss this suggestion?

Hi Andreas, Thanks for your reply, Okay if i ignore the Inactive as you suggested, still when i try to check logs with Logs/Events API via postman, i get no results, So bit confused where issue might have occur. How can i reach out to MDI Experts ?
