Convert Sapi Source system to ODP source system

Is there an easy way to convert a SAPI source system to an ODP sousrce system. We are at BW 7.50 and we have existing ERP source system as SAPI and we want to convert it to ODP. I

This can be performed even if i am not going to convert to BW/4 Hana?

Yes but only whole dataflows can be converted. This means, that cubes and classic DSO-s are converted to ADSO-s. Multiproviders, Infosets are converted to HCPR and so on.

But you can also try the following:

1. Create the new ODP source system.
2. Put a single datasource of the SAPI source system on a transport.
3. In RSLOGSYSMAP map the SAPI source system to the new ODP source system.
4. Import the transport created in step 2 back into the same system
5. If successful the datasource will be imported to the new ODP source system

Note that the existing deltas will not work with the newly created ODP datasources. They need to be newly initialized.
