Context menu alterations for discussiongroup layoutset(forum)

Hey all,

For the discussion group layout set(i.e forums), I am unable to make out where I have to make changes in System Configuration>UserInterface>settings>layoutset>discussiongrouplayoutset to delete some options from the context menu against the forum folder. If I have to make changes in the breadcrumb, I came to understand that I will have to change the collection renderer settings and its corresponding ui command group. But this context menu is placed just beside the folder name. If I have to make some changes to this particular context menu(like I wud want to remove some options like clipboard, Createlink etc) How do I go about it? Plz suggest me with some help.

I have tried changing resource renderer setting and its ui command groups and also I have tried changing collection renderer settings and its ui command groups, but none helped me remove some options in the context menu against the forum heading. And about the breadcrumb group, I dint change anything in this, cuz it wasnt used in this layoutset.. Can you just tell me whr I shud make changes to the breadcrumb group.. I will try with tht and let you know if I cud remove the options in context menu.

Whatever changes I make to resource renderer settings and its corresponding UI command group, that changes I can see only in the context menu against the discussion groups in the forum. But I m speaking about the changes of the context menu against the forum heading. Like forum heading has a context menu and also the discussion groups have context menu... So guide me for how to make changes to the context menu against the forum folder heading.

did you tried to change the "Collection Command Group" properties of the other collection renderer, not only "DiscussionGroupBreadcrumb", but "DiscussionGroupCollectionGridRenderer" or "DiscussionGroupWithoutTopicsCollectionListRenderer" ?

If you start from Layout Set "DiscussionGroups",

these are the "Resource Renderer" that need to be updated for the context menu.

The standard available "Resource Renderer" are :

- "DiscussionGroupForumResourceRenderer" and

- "DiscussionGroupWithoutTopicsListResourceRenderer"

These Resource Renderers call commands groups "DiscussionGroupListCommandGroup".

You "just" have to call from there the command group you want, with the commands you need
