Hi

I have a problem Configuring EP for connecting to SAP R/3.

WAS connection.

-some of the following parameters are invalid: WAS Protocol() WAS Hostname(server name)

-SAP web AS (WAS) connection. HTTP/S failed.

Test connection with connector.

- connection failed. Make sure user mapping is set correctly and all connection properties are correct.

Thanks.

Hi Alfredo,

Try creating an IAC iview or SAP Transaction iview and preview the iview to check if it is connecting.

While testing the connection dont select WAS. Uncheck it and test the connection for Connector and ITS only

Hi.

I preview iView and show "the page cannot be found".

Thanks.

Generally you don't need to worry about connectivity test failure - it is more important that iViews work as intended.

Anyway, this wiki page has some details about setting up backend connectivity.

(Step to Step your answer) I preview iView.

Portal runtime Error.

An exception occurred while processing a request for:

iView: N/A

Component name: N/A

iView not found: default

Exception id: (today date)_045_1223550

See the details for the exception ID in the log file.

thanks.

Hi Alfredo

I think you're missing some parameters in the system landscape. Please check the minimal list in the pointer I gave earlier.

Hi Michael.

I checked the minimal list in the pointer, it is correct. But when I preview iView, show a error connection.

(Partner not reached (host 10.10.10.6, service 3299)

WSAECONNREFUSED: connection refused

Can you help me, please?.

Thanks.

I assume you're trying to start SAPGUI for Windows. What connection type did you use for the system, (direct, load balaned, connection string)? and what are your connector parameters. It looks like you are trying to access a SAProuter, or you have put the wrong service number in somewhere.
