Columns in a report

In a query I have choosen 4 key Figures and 2 characteristics but am having problems arranging to have them appear on one header row. Can anyone advise. Thanks

In the query designer in the columns box I place 4 values for the Key section and also 2 values from the Dimensions. Both the Dimension and Key Section are the values available in the far LHS long box.

I want them to appear on one header row but the Dimension come on the row above the Key values.

There is one value in the row which is a characteristic from which I use a hierarchy. Thanks

Create structures in the columns containing all the necessary characteristics and the the appropriate key figures in the individual structures. This will get the headers down to one line, you can then change the description of the structure to suit your needs.

context menu in colums, select "New structure" from the list of options available.

right click on Structure, select "New selection" from the list of options available.

Hi there the suggestion that has been mentioned here still is not able to give me the Key Figures and values from the Data part of the Dimensions on one row. I hav created the strcuture but I am not able to put the data in the Dimension it puts them on the same level as the Structure. Thanks
