Collabration Step by Step

Hi Experts,

I am new to collabration environment in portal and have been assinged a task to create a room for showing BOBJ reports and add comments to same.

Can any one tell me as in how to start with? coz... there are many articles related to same but no guidence found for starters...

Any help is saviour...

Please go through http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/nw-portalandcollaboration

go to content admin > collaboration content > room admin here you can create the collaboration room and place the BOBJ documents under it.

Hi Arun,

Many thanks for your reply.. Indeed was helpfull...

Some how I am able to create the Room Template and work out...

Now we are planning to have an T shaped page where top page will be for Report Information, first half for BO report (displayed using URL IView) and second for documents upload.. but all these should workfor a particular report ID being passed while creating a room....

Is there any possiblity to have a common variable to shared between all iViews and consumed for processing in a particular iView ?
