Hello,
we are using transports within features even for single systems.
Is there a possibility to close a feature and commit deployment without deploying the transport? For example by manually setting the transport to "deployed or confirmed".
In our case, the transports are exported to virtual systems only, without additional deployment. So in this case the feature cannot be closed.
Transports in Cloud ALM is great🌞
To be able to manage and document transports in features, even for single systems, would very convenient.
Kind regards,
Christoph
From a Cloud Transport Management point-of-view you can mark virtual nodes as such by setting the corresponding flag in the configuration dialog. These nodes can be used for import and return the status 'skipped'. I am not sure if Cloud ALM interprets this status as successful import but it would be worth a try. So you would do the 'deployment' from Cloud ALM but nothing would happen in 'real life'.
