I configured Claims and Advances standard workflow (WS18900023).
Till now the claims and advance requests raised by users will go to HR user for approval.
But now it is going for the other user also.
In the step Approval task for claims and advance in workflow,i set the agent assignment as general task.
I think i need to set the HR user as agent assigment here but till today it was working fine.
Anybody please give me suggestions on this.
