CJ20N - User Specific field issue

Hello All,

We have added some user fields in our system ( PROJ-USR09 ) and they are mandatory fields while creating a project .

We recently updated our system from Hana 1909 to 2023 and after that while Creating Sales Order it is stopping that process and throwing error like we need to provide values on that field , which was previously not the case .

Could someone please help if you faced same kind of issues after upgrade.

This question does not seem to be Connectivity-related. If you would like to get an answer, you should add more fitting tags. For now I have added the tags for Order Management and Sales. Hope this is correct for attracting the attention of the relevant experts. (My application level know-how is very limited...)

What's the exact message and which exact transaction code, VA01?, is sending out the message?  Where was the fields exactly set as mandatory?

Please use ABAP Test Cockpit when upgrading.  Something can be changed even for the version upgrade.
