Hi all,
We are using UWL for SRM 7.1.
The issue we are facing is we want to change the description of the radio buttons "RECEIVE MY TASKS" and "FILL IN FOR ME" which appear after clicking on the link "MANAGE SUBSTITUTION RULES".
Can anyone advise how this can be achieved?
Thanks for your time.

Hi,
You want to change the descriptions of radion buttons of a standard Java WD application. I don't see any other option to change them to perhaps try to customize the iView. Try it by opening the iView from PCD in preview mode (I am not sure whether the manage substitutions is actually an iView) and the Ctrl+right click. I am also not sure whether you can change the radio button descriptions in this way.
Another options include modifying the stanrdard or building your own application for managing substitutions.

Karri

Hi,
1) Backup all your UWL XML files, and make sure the issue still occur by removing all high and medium XMLS. If it solve your issue, upload all the XML one by one, to identify with XMLs are causing the issue.
2) Make sure you are on the latest patch level on UWLJWF and on the SRM components.

Hi,
Through UWL configuration, look at the XML code of the iview getting launched.
Then look for ur button description value inside <Action>....<Descrptions>...ur button desc.....</Descriptions>......<Action>
There change the description as you need.
Your task is to locate the tag in ur XML.
