ChaRM smcr email triggered does not taken from smartform assigned

Hello experts,

I wondered why my ZMCR email not taken the smartform that has been assigned. I'd copy SMCR into ZMCR and created action for email notification approval, but it seems after executing it taken a standard smartform that im not sure from where. Can somebody help and give me some clue?

attached is my action and email that triggered.

Hi Shakira,

First as per your screenshot there is no z* smartform but standard

if you want to trigger with z* smartform maintain that in the action and schedule in your Z action profile

hi Prakhar,

I'd changed the smartform to the customized smartform(see attached) . But the subject showed that the email triggered not coming from the smartform that i've assigned. Can you give me some hint

Hi Shakira,

To check that your email action is triggered goto Log within your incident and check if this action is scheduled and successfully executed.
