CHARM Reporting

Dears,

I want to know how can we do reporting in CHARM means like how many ticket generated in last one month,who resolved them and all.I am using Solman 7.0 SP15

Please Suggest.

Shivam,

Run CRM_DNO_Monitor transaction

here enter transaction type like SDCR for change doc...and you get the name who approves the CR

or choose SDMI/SDHF......so u the CR details like who was the developer tester etc.

Thanks for reply.

Just have one confusion that here in this report with same transcational IDs same tickets are occuring more than once with different logical component.I want that one ticket should occur once only and i don't have need of logical component in report and my owner coloum is also showing blank so please suggest how can it be done.

I resolved this problem.

Now i want that in report fields like approver name,Developer name when we imported that transport to production all these fields should be available but i dnt find them there.

Please suggest how to get that.

Please suggest how can I get Appoved By,When it Approved,When that request developmented and similarly others to have a proper report to review.
