ChaRM reporting / "change document wrong data"

Hi SCNer,

This is regarding ChaRM Analytics tile in SM_WORKCENTER .we have enabled charm analytics in Solman 7.2 SP08 for reporting.

What I have observed that under Change documents tiles for created and closed data and underline tile showing exchanged.

so If I go to created tile : it is showing closed tile & data

and under closed tile ; showing created tile data.

If anyone experience this before could you explain what is possible cause for this.

Hi Atul,

Create a support ticket to have it checked out.

Alternatively, use the dashboard builder, copy the relevant Test Management Dashboard and check the configured sources.
From there, check the source in BW or the Query designer (BW skills) and check the underlying data.
