ChaRM alerts from QAS to PRD

Hi experts!

As we know, alerts are used for identify potential risks (DGP, Cross Reference Check, Abap Test Cockpit, and so on). Based on this we added that standard configuratin (when necessary) when changing the phase (To be Tested in QAS).

Now, we're trying to do the same alert / validation when the request are trying to be added into PRD Buffer (until that momment without import) just to check if are some differences between QAS and PRD instances.

Wer're following the SAP Note 2479636 and configuring as SMMJ (sm34 - AIC_SETTINGS2 and SM30 - AICV_UI_POPUP) but the popup its working only from DEV to QAS.

Any suggestion? or just to let me know if... from to QAS to PRD its not possible to popup that standard alert.

hello Warlei,

Have you checked for any potential dumps or any erroneous log entries in SLG1 when the popup is supposed to be triggered during the workflow action? Maybe in the scheduled actions / application log entries in the change document itself?
