Changing client role without access to client 000 (scc4)

Hallo,

I have the following problem: Some of my clients in production are configured in SCC4 as test clients. I want to change them to productive clients. But every time I want to save the change, it just changes back to test.

I don't have access to the 000 client as it is a Hana Private Cloud and access to 000 is not given to anyone. 

I also tied to set the system change option to changeable and then change the client role, without success.

Do you know a way I can do that?

Hi,

You may be trying to change the role from SCC4 main screen by selecting the drop down arrow.

If you try to double click on the client and then select the the role and save it, it should allow you to do so with a warning saying there cannot be multiple clients with Production role.
