change the Analytical smart business application KPI tile and Transport these evaluation and KPI

Hi All,

We have back end S4 hana 1610 FPS02, Fiori front end server 2.0 and hub architecture .

Requirement is analytical smart business drilldown application which is showing Report through KPI and evaluation .

Now need to customize it as per the currency in backend .

I need to know the process -

1. How can we modify the KPI in fiori level for analytical application based on CDS view

2. Does CDS level change also required

3. How to Transport the changes(KPI TILE AND EVALUTION) and what is the process . These evaluation stored in back end system or front end system .

followed few blogs but not able to successfully do it . Really helpful if I get any documentation or Process explaining all real time scenarios.

will be greatefull if get the details as early as possible , as requirement is very much urgent .

You can make the evaluation changes and activate the change. After this the change should reflect in the original tile itself, it is not mandatory to create a copy of the tile.

The workbench/customizing request for storing the KPI evaluation changes has to be created in the backend system as I mentioned earlier, as their data is stored in the backend HANA DB.

And during yhe evaluation chnage and it will be created a tile as and need to assign it into the custom catalougr and group which is present in front end launchpad designer in customizing scope.how to do it ? @ saurabh.vakil

1. You can make the change to the display currency in the underlying evaluation for the required KPIs within the KPI workspace from the Fiori Launchpad.

2. CDS level changes are not required for Analytical apps which have KPI and evaluations.

3. When you make hanges in an evaluation and activate it you will be prompted to select transport request. You should have transport request created beforehand on your backend system (not on front end system).

saurabh.vakil in this process when copying the KPI and making changes it will ask for 2 TR request?

1. I have one custom catalouge created to which I need this KPI tile with modified currency and other drill down and evaluation.and I have Launchpad deisgner TR in customizinng mode created (ui2/FLP_CUST).

2. now these KPI changes and Tile creation will need to be store and transport along with the custom catalouge and group

3. So when I tried copied a standard evaluation (which does not copy the tile )in sandbox it asking me workbench request package name and customising request . (these workbench request need to be created which system ?) and customizing request in which system?

sorry for such qs but as seeing in few blogs tried but does not get success yet on this analytics apps .
