Hello,

I am just wondering whether there is a change log for queries on the system. i.e. somewhere which logs the changes that were last made to a particular query.

thanks,

Allan

RSZCOMPDIR table contains versions of the query (just the directory entry).

Components of the query are stored in various tables (RSZChanges, RSZSELECT, RSZELTDIR etc), all of these would be linked with a specific version value. The information in these table may be hard to interpret though.

I am not sure if there is a 'version management' kind of tool that can give us the change logs for a query.

cheers,

Thanks Eugene and Ajay.

Are these tables active in BW 3.0? I just tried to view RSZCHANGES and I got an error about the table not being active yet.

What I am looking for is detail for each change e.g. For Query ABC, the last changes were: variable ryz added; key figure x removed .. etc

Is this possible?

Allan,

Don't think there is any way to get that info.

Hi Allan,

RSZCHANGES is a table for changes in reporting components. RSZCOMPDIR table is a directory of reporting components.

Best regards,

Eugene
