Hi all,

is it possible to change the URL of a SAP Jam Collaboration System (based on SCP IAS)?

Hi Tobias,

As of today, this isn't possible.

We are planning to allow our customers a way to define their own sub-domain for their SAP Jam tenant. I don't know any details or a definite release date for that yet though, as this is still work in progress. So please keep your eyes open for the next coming releases.

Hi Deborah,

yes, it's possible to request your own subdomain since a few months now. I think we delivered it in November but I couldn't announce it yet in September last year.

This will require coordination with each customer. Therefore please open a support ticket if you want your own subdomain. Support will then coordinate with you on the next steps.
