I am looking at the "Request for information" functionality within Central Invoice Management (CIM). For now, I don't see any recipients. I have looked at the configuration, and all seems well according to the setup guide (4N6). Does anyone knows what the issue might be here?
This issue is due to non-existence of users in CIM. So please to do the user replication first in order to search for a user to raise questions. User replication details are given in the section 8 of the 4N6 setup guide.
