CBTA_Different number of rows for material input in item overview tab during contract creation

Hello All,

This is something I need to find a solution as CBTA script fails when other user runs the same in their system.

During a contract creation say we are having 10 materials to input, and I am able to see only 6 line items during recording, I am recording the 6 materials input and clicking on enter to move the screen to next 5 empty lines.

When the same automated script is re-ran by other users(colleagues), Since they are viewing 8 material lines in item overview tab it is failing the script.

Can you help me on the above issue, I need a same count of rows to appear same for other users(colleagues) as well.

Hello Prasanth,

One thing we did is to avoid this kind of issue, we asked the people who are working on execution or recording of CBTA Scripts to select the same version of the SAP GUI theme like for example Blue Crystal theme.

So each one of us will be having the buttons at the same position and the same number of rows at the time of recording and execution.

You can use this as a workaround, not sure how to resolve the original issue. You can check with SAP once and also update us if there is any.
