Cant' set up Web Dynpro Client

Hello,^_

I have problem about set up Web Dynpro Client.

I use Administrative account on my pc.

My environment : windowXP sp2

SAP GUI for Windows 6.40 patchlevel 14

I set up Web Dynpro Client for Windows 6.40 BETA but I can't see a new tabsheet called

"Web Dynpro Applications" in SAP Logon.
