Tuesday
Hi,
I followed the step by step procedure to setup Integration Suite Trial account.
But unfortunately , I am not able to move forward after the step 3.
1. Enter your trial account -> Success
2. Subscribe to the Integration suite services -> sucess
3. Activate the capabilities - > success
4. Assign roles and create service instances using booster -> Failed
This always gives me the below error when I try to use the enable integration suite booster though there are valid subscriptions
Roles are also assigned correctly
Capabilities are added correctly, but these capabilities are unuse. Nothing happens clicking on any capability nor I could see anything under Home as it should be in the below screen shot from the blog with the verify capability step.
I tried to clear cache and logout , login multiple times and yet the issue is still the same.
Can anyone help to resolve this and move forward?
Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
If the booster is not working, use the manual steps to assign the roles. Refer to the product documentation - https://help.sap.com/docs/integration-suite/sap-integration-suite/subscribing-to-integration-suite?v...
Hope this helps.

Karuna

Hi Karuna,
Thank you for your reply.
I followed the mentioned blog but that doesn't help.
I was able to resolve the issue by assigning more roles apart from Integration_Provisioner role collection. All documentations mentioned only about this role collection, but that wasn't helpful alone.
After using more roles , issue was resolved.
Hi,
I assumed that you were not able to assign the Integration_Provisioner role. I understand now that it about the roles for each capability. That information is covered here: https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_INTEGRATION_SUITE/51ab953548be4459bfe8539ecaeee98d/configuring-user-ac...
You might have resolved the issue. But pls go through the link to know about available role collections and their authorized tasks.
