Cannot drag anything onto the workspace

Hi guys,

I'm working with Visual Composer under Composite Environment 7.1 SP3. I canno drag anything onto the canvas...

information from the console:

Ready

[E] Failed to layout shape(s): 'elmBoard.boardObj' is null or not an object

[E] Failed to layout Unit: 'elmBoard.boardObj' is null or not an object

[E] Failed to send signal to the board : 'elmBoard.boardObj.onsignal' is null or not an object

[E] Failed to send signal to the board : 'elmBoard.boardObj.onsignal' is null or not an object

Hi

From what you describe it seems an instllation issue

I'd also check you have MSXML4.0 and SVG properly installed on the client machine

Hi Wenhao,

Try reopening VC in a new browser. If it doesn't work try checking the prerequisites for VC

The following items have been installed on the client computer from which you access Visual Composer Storyboard:

- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 or higher

- Adobe SVG Viewer 3.0

- Microsoft XML Parser 4.0 or higher
