Cannot bring up instance

Dear expert,

in as/400 if the instance cannot be up, what can i check ? in "work with active jobs" screen, only one subsystem is up which is R3_05.

points will be awarded for advice.

Hi,

provide dev_w0* log form /usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGS<inst_nr>\work

did you make system copy or upgrade kernel?

if yes did you apply igs patch to kernel?

APPLY IGS PATCH NOTE : - 937000.
