cannot access user admin

Hi,

When I goto http://server:port/irj, I am able to view all the tabs in the portal. But when I go to "user administration", Identity Management - i get the error - "An error occurred when Initializing backend service; Contact your system Administrator"

What could be the issue?

My user has a Super Administrator role

Map JMS role "clients" to the J2EE server role "all":

Visual Admin -> Server -> Services -> Security Provider ->

service.jms.default.authorization -> security roles tab -> select

clients role and modify the mapping to the server role "all"

Then go to Deploy service, startup manually the application

sap.com/com.sap.security.core.admin

on the J2EE Instance. This can be noticed by an error message in the trace

file:

An error message in the WD UI ("The initialisation of an

Backend-Service failed" or "A required service for the identity

management user interface is not available. Contact your system

administrator.").
