Hi. First, I copy an sqla10 log and db file from one server to another. sqla10 is running on both the old and new servers. Then, when I start sqla10 on the new server, against the db that i've just copied from the old server, I see the event viewer message, "Cannot access ch: file does not exist." Is ch a file that was part of the database, on the old server? A search on the old server for "ch.*" turns up nothing. Any thoughts/suggestions appreciated. Thanks.
OOPS! I just discovered that "ch" is not a file, but a startup parameter (cache high) not preceded with a minus sign.
