Cannnot able to Transport the Standard workflow

Hi All,

I am using the standard workflow (WS50000031) which is the standard workflow for PCR. I have activated the workflow with the agent assignment. but its not getting reflected in other system.(The task that i made as general and assigned the agent)

What is the problem with that. can i able to transport the standard one.

Do i need to make any configuration for this...

Hi YKS,

pls check in your new landscape whether the task you transported is general, as agent assignment is a customized.

request. Check if the customized request is transported.

Check the settings in OOCR Tcode. The flag for General task should be blank. You should always make this settings in Devt Client. However you can change that particular standard task to General in Production also no problem will occur.

Hi,

We have two clients one is for customizing work and the other for Workbench. I am unable to make anything (workflow template ) related things in the customizing client and i can able to activate the agents in the workbench clients but i cant able to transfer the same. if i see the request it doesnt contains the activation of agents.

If i go and change the workflow template in the customizing client its not allowing.

Hi,

When you activate the event linkage or making agent assignment as General Task, is it asking for Transport Request. If so, that TR has to be transported, if it is not asking then, i think u have to activate in other system manually.

Hi,

In my TR, only the templates are getting cap[tured not the tasks. so if i need to include them in the task what need to be done. Any configuration?

Hi,

The transport request which is there in Workbench will contain only templates. The changes which u r doing for Agent Assignment 'General Task' and 'Event Activation' will be get stored in Customizing Request. So, see the request in customizing request. There you will find the tasks and the activation.

Have u transported the agent assignment ? Check the sequence of TR?
