can't go forward on tutorial

when I go to the second tutorial on the mission of 'Build an Application End-to-End Using CAP, Node.js and VS Code' , I can't do anything on steps as the symbol of + is bad work that no any response when click it, the page url is https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/btp-app-prepare-dev-environment-cap.html

can you please give me a guide how can I go forward?

Thanks for reaching out for support. I apologise for the inconvenience. Unfortunately this seems to be an infrastructure issue that's been happening intermittently. This should be fixed by the platform but until we get a fix you can either try to refresh or clear your cache or try a different browser.

unfortunately, not work yet that I chose another browser and set to incognito to visit.

Try to use microsoft edge and then open the Developer Tools followed by right-clicking on the browser refresh button. you will get an option where you can select “Empty Cache and Hard Reset.”
