Let me know Can I assign one software component to multiple products if so explain me in detail.

Yes you can assign same software component to multiple products.like in my case i have two different systems with different products but both using same software component.it working fine as of now..

Yes you can...and must also..

I didn't get the reason why not...since you can have the same SWCV in diffreent products..this is the simple software concepts...and SAP's CIM model is based on that..

So no point of saying that it cannot be done.

As you can see in SLD there are many products for one software component. In SAP training courses it said that de relationship betwen Products and SC are 1:N but the true is the relationship is N:M.

Example: SC - ABA_PLUS

Yes you can assign.

Go to the desired software component and add the product.

After that click on the product that you added to view the component that you wanted to add.

This way you can do your desired task.

You cannot assign one SWC to multiple products

Yes. Like the SAP Basis SWC can be a part of product SAP ECC and SAP R3
