Over all, sorry if hurts, you need to go thru' some basics on how to deal with basic things before we design a WF. There are lots of stuff in SDN and help.sap.com. Everything needs some effort to put on. We are here to help those who start walking and fumble on the way.

Hi,

First create a new method in ur BO in SWO1 tn using function module.

Place the cursor on method u hace created.

Go to EDIT -> change release status -> object type component -> here

first implement this n then release it.( a tick mark will cum in front of ur method).

OR u can also use BO Delegation. For this create 'Z' object n inside itr create 'z' method n then delegate ur std. BO.

now u want to use it in ur workflow.

For this, Go to PFTC tn .

open ur task in change mode.

write ur BO name & method name.

Do binding .

Then use this task in ur workflow.

Hope it helps u!

Hi - You need to create a new method in the object used byt he WF and whent he pop asks if you wnat to base the method on a Fm select yes and the follow the next few screens and the systme will auto create it.

Now create a new standard task and use the new method. check the bindings to ensure that are passing the correct data tot he method.

Now you cna insert the new task into the WF and do the binding.
