BW or BI

Hi all,

I am confused between SAP BW and BI. Are they the same product ? If i want to learn these for reporting, query, analysis, is it BW or BI ? If i want to enhance it for our company, is it BW or BI ? I am aware that SAP bought Bus Object which own BI.

Would these prodcut eliminate the needs for Abap custom reporting ?

Can anyone pls clarify ?
