BW/4HANA endroutine clienthandling

Hello!

In a HANA runtime endroutine I'm consuming a CDS-View. In this View I'm using a function. I'm not able to active the transformation because SAP does not allows me to set amdp options cds session client as importing parameter in the generated amdp method GLOBAL_END.

Maybe is somebody facing the same issue?

Hi

As BW is not allowing the adjustment of the method definitions of the generated AMDP class of the Transformation, I think one option is to create a custom AMDP class, which has the required "CDS SESSION CLIENT" parameter in the method, that reads the CDS view.

Then this custom AMDP class and its corresponding reading method can be called from the Endroutine to get the result.
