Busy Indicator not displaying when using session.utils.executeScript - SAP Personas v3 sp5

Hi all,

We have recently upgraded from SAP Personas 3 sp4 to sp5 and have noticed an oddity relating to the use of session.utils.executeScript.

When you execute the first script you see the busy indicator dots on the screen, when within the script it gets to where it executes a secondary script using session.utils.executeScript, although it then runs the script, you see no busy indicator at that point.

The second script takes around 2-3 seconds to run so it looks like nothing is working, which is disconcerting for our users.

If you run each script individually, then you do see the busy indicator on both scripts.

Has anyone else encountered this behaviour at all?

Hello Ian,

Please check whether updating the client sources files via SAP note 2447935 helps.
