Try this

Steps to apply Row level security in Business view:

1. Open the Data Foundation or Business Element in the Business View Manager.

2. Insert new filter and add the filter condition.

3. In the Object Explorer right-click the Filter and click 'Edit Rights'.

4. Select the check box next to the appropriate user or user's group. It will now say 'Applied'.

5. Click 'OK' then click 'Save'.

6. Ensure that the Business view associated to the Data foundation or Business Element has been saved to reflect the changes made.

Crystal Reports must be closed and then re-opened for the above steps to take affect in the report. When the report is run, you will be prompted for the parameter.

Note: If you have two or more tables in Business view and added a filter condtion based on one table then the row level security will not be applied for the LOVs created based on the Business view if we add a field from the other tables. To enable Row level security, open the Data Foundation and use the "Enforce To" or "Enforce From" in link options.
