Business Partner Not flagged for Archiving After Cleansing Case Change Request is Completed

Hi MDG Experts,

We have created a cleansing case change request in SAP MDG but the duplicate business partner status is not getting changed to flagged for Archiving after the change request is approved at all levels and status of cleansing case is changing to Completed, please suggest i'm i missing something/linkage.

Hi Mahender,

We are also creating cleansing case and getting the below issues after approval

1) BP status is not getting changed for Archiving

2) Not changing the BP relationship to "Is Replaced By"

Can you please share how you are able to resolve your issue?

Can you check the status of the workflow whether its completed fully or not.

If possible send some screenshots to understand your issue in details.

If possible please check SLG1 workflow log and check is there any system error at the time of archiving.

i had created a new cleansing case change request and checked in SLG1 workflow log but didn't get any error, please find the screenshot.
