Business object for user master in SAP

Is there a standard business object for User Master in SAP?

Somehow I just could not find it.

Thanks, I think I can use them. Are there any standard workflow associated with user creation and modification?

u can call "where-used list" in SWO1 with this object to

find in which task's it's using.
