Build Process Automation Error: An error occurred. Please create an incident with component CA-AP

Hello, I've encountered this error when trying to access the Monitor and Settings tab in SAP Build Process Automation. I dont seem to understand CA-AP is or where to create an incident. Can someone help?

What I've tried:

Cleared browser data

Resubscribing to SAP BPA

Reassigning roles

I solved my issue by deleting and recreating my subaccount.

Hope it works for you too.

I solved this by deleting my subaccount and creating a new one.

Dont forget to make backups of your SAP BPA projects.

I have deleted and recreated a new subaccount, but this does not work for my trial account.
