Where can i find BOXI 3.1 sp7? is BOXI 3.1 Sp7 same as SBOP ENterprise sp7?Please tell me download path...

Assuming you are on Windows following is the path for XI 3.1 SP7 which you can download from Service Market Place.

Installations and Upgrades - B" SBOP BI platform (former SBOP Enterprise)" SBOP BI PLATFORM (ENTERPRISE)" BOBJ ENTERPRISE XI 3.1

The above path is for a Full Build installation. In case if you want to upgrade from any previous version of XI 3.1 may be Sp5 or SP6 following would be the download path

Support Packages and Patches - B" SBOP BI platform (former SBOP Enterprise)" SBOP BI PLATFORM (ENTERPRISE)" BOBJ ENTERPRISE XI 3.1

follow this article its about SP5 , but it's the smae , look for SP7
